At Intelligentsia, we strive for perfection in every roast; if your coffee or equipment does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans, but we will happily address any quality concerns.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Review Policy
Brewing equipment and merchandise must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Ship Item Back
Once authorized, securely package your non-perishable items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
